Our medical practice does not accept any health insurance payments, including Medicare. Instead, we charge a professional fee that covers all of your office visits and services rendered for the entire year. You can elect to pay this fee annually, semi-annually or quarterly. We will assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company if your plan allows this benefit.
Current Fee Schedule
- Annual Fee: 1 annual payment of $1700
- Semi-annual Fee: 2 semi-annual payments of $900, to equal $1800 for the year
- Quarterly Fee: 4 quarterly payments of $475, to equal $1900 for the year
- A client with one or more additional adult family member in the practice will receive a 5% discount off their adult fee
- Children between ages 14 and 26: one-half (50%) of the above adult fees
